Mr. Tan Hee Guan, a PSC scholar, is Director & Principal Consultant at Kingmaker Consultancy & an associate consultant with Amplitude Consulting. He is one of the first two Gallup-certified Strengths Coaches (Platinum) in the Asia-Pacific region. He is also one of the world’s pioneering coaches for Gallup’s Entrepreneurial Profile 10. Hee Guan has brought the Strengths movement to more than 3000 students & 300 educators in Singapore.
Mr. Tan is passionate about using strengths to empower youths, build leaders & coach teams for peak performance. He consults extensively with school leaders to establish sustainable structures & programmes for strengths-based development. Hee Guan also pioneers strengths-intervention programmes for Parent-Teens & married couples.
