Mr. Sia Keqin is a certified StrengthsTransform™ Youth Developer with Kingmaker Leadership and is also a Gallup-trained instructor for Strengths-based Education.
His passion is to develop youths to their maximum potential. He has developed leaders and personally coached more than 250 youths and students as a Boys’ Brigade Officer since 2004. In 2007, he was awarded the most prestigious BB Founders’ Award in recognition for his all round development in social, spiritual, educational & physical aspects in BB life.
